Wire Covering (Cable Production) Lines

The standard configuration of our wire covering lines consists of a conductor (core) payout machine, preheater, extruder, cooling water tunnel, haul-off machine, accumulator, and take-up (winder) machine.
Since our company offers both plastic and rubber extruders, we frequently accommodate applications that use fluoropolymers as well as silicone compounds. We also have an extensive track record covering a wide range of cable sizes from ultra-fine wires to large diameter power lines.
Wire Covering (Cable Production) Lines

Automotive Cable Line

▲The main part of this line

TThis equipment is a production line for automotive cables that use aluminum as the conductor.
  ・Applicable conductor diameter (cross section area): 0.75sq ~ 12sq

  ・Production speed: MAX.1200 m/min

The automatic coiling & tying device uses a compact tying head developed and manufactured by our company, and a tension stand is installed to coil the cable at a constant tension level.
Furthermore, two types of supply stands, a dual hood wire feeding system and a payout system, are deployed, to enable the production of both large and small cables, in addition to installing three extruders, each dedicated, respectively, to a different range of cable diameters.

Silicone Rubber Cable Line

▲The main part of this line

This equipment is a cable production line that uses as its insulation material silicone rubber, which possesses superior heat resistance, freezing resistance, and flexibility.
Not only were the supply stands, take-up and haul-off machines of this full line manufactured by our company, but even the preheater and curing tunnels were developed and made in-house by us.
Additionally, the mechanical concept allows for the post cover-extrusion cable to pass through the curing tunnel twice, depending on the production speed.
A dual winder type automatic take-up machine was adopted as the line's take-up system.
