Silicone rubber electric wires, which take advantage of the features of materials such as flexibility and heat resistance, have been reviewed and used in various fields such as charging cables for electric vehicles, in-vehicle cables, and electric / electronic devices.

Our silicone rubber wire line has a rich product repertoire including extruders suitable for various requests such as customer's product specifications, layout, production volume, etc. from thin wires with an outer diameter of 1 mm or less to thick wires with an outer diameter of nearly 30 mm. We select each device from among them and propose a silicone rubber wire line that incorporates many years of Mitsuba achievements and experience.

Features

1.Supply stand

We have various types from low-priced cantilever shaft type for lightweight small-diameter drums without lifting function to type with lifting function for large heavy-duty drums with a collar diameter of Φ1000 mm or more.

Brake type and drive type can be selected for any type.

2.Conductor preheater (preheater)

You can choose from two types.

For insulation of thin wires, induction heating type preheater (our original product) with linear speed tracking function,

For sheath wire, heater wire and cables that cannot use induction heating, such as thick conductors with a large bending radius, Electric heating furnaces

Since the conductor is heated using the induced voltage, it is possible to follow the linear velocity.

Electric heating furnace type preheating device

Suitable for heater wires and sheath wires with insulators that cannot be used with induction heating.

In addition, it can be used for thick wires because it passes through the furnace and heats without bending.







3.Silicone rubber extruder

① With a rich lineup of screw sizes from 20 mm to 120 mm,

    You can choose according to your production conditions.

    We also have Vent types for each size of 30 mm or more.

② If the silica content is high, various wear-resistant

    materials can be selected for screws and cylinders.

③ We have taken measures against coloring by metal

    touch.

④ For silicone rubber with a fast cross-linking reaction, we

    also have a special screw shape for low-temperature

    extrusion that suppresses shear heat generation.

4.Vulcanizer

There are several heating methods, but for electric wire lines with high production line speed, a far-infrared type that uses radiant heat from an electric heater that could heat at a high temperature of 500℃ or higher in the furnace is adopted as standard.

In addition to the conventional tank shape (standard type), we also have a type that uses a half-split cylindrical heater and a vertical type, so we will propose according to your budget and application.

It is recommended as a measure to improve workability and prevent fire due to ignition because it has a mechanism to let the furnace escape to the opposite side when the line is stopped. It is also an indispensable mechanism for thick wires with heavy cables.

Vertical vulcanizer

We can also propose a vertical type vulcanization furnace for thick wires with heavy cable weight, which may cause scratches on the surface during vulcanization due to bending by its own weight.









5.Pick-up machine

The capstan type can be selected for thin cables with fast line speeds, and the caterpillar type can be selected for thick cables that are heavy and require a pulling force.

6.Accumulator

We will select from a variety of sizes with pulley diameters of φ150 to φ1000 or more, depending on the cable diameter.We will also propose types that take layout and workability into consideration, such as floor-mounted type and overhead running type.

Thin wires with a light cable weight can be installed at the top of the line such as a vulcanizer with the pulley cantilevered, so the installation space can be made compact.

Setup work such as laying heavy and thick cables/wires using a pulley with a large diameter could be done at waist height.









7.Winder

As with the supply stand, we have a wide variety of winders, from cantilever shaft types for lightweight drums to shaftless types for heavy drums.

In addition, we have prepared a single automatic winder that installs empty drums→ cut/clamp of cables→ejects full-winding drums, so we can provide winder products that meet the needs of our customers.

8.Control and operation

After ordering both hardware and software, we will design and manufacture in-house according to the customer's usage and requirements. Although it is an example, we would like to introduce the features as follows;

①The electrical components used are those of reliable manufacturers that can be procured in Japan.

    It is also possible to specify parts that are compatible with existing equipment.

②Not only can the load cell be attached to an accumulator to monitor the line tension, but feedback

    control enables production with stable tension, leading to improved product quality. (option)

③Since interlocks are provided in each part, safety measures are also taken.

④By providing a recipe management screen (option), the temperature setting of the furnace and

    production conditions for each product can be set collectively on the touch panel,leading to improved

    workability.
