High discharge type resin extruder

The special shape of the screw and cylinder makes it possible to extrude the same throughput as the conventional extruder even in the high rotation range which was suppressing the heat generation of the resin with the rotation range decreased due to the limitation of the resin temperature. It can be handled with a smaller extruder of 1 to 2 sizes down.

Machinery and electrical parts are basically parts that can be procured in Japan. So PLC with manufacturers that customers are accustomed to use can be utilized with confidence in maintenance even after delivery.

Features

1.High throughput / low temperature extrusion

As shown in the graph below, the specific throughput at 100 rpm is 25% higher for PE materials and 35% higher for PVC materials than standard type extruders.(Compared to our company)

In addition, the effect of shear heat generation due to screw rotation is small, and since it could be used in the high rotation range, the total throughput can be expected to be nearly double.

2. Increase production speed

Within the limited installation space of the extruder, it has the same throughput as a large extruder of one size-up or more, which leads to an improvement in production speed.

3.Material loss reduction

Since the size of an extruder can be made smaller than before in 1 to 2 sizes down with the same throughput, the amount of residual material in the cylinder when changing materials or colors is reduced, and the effect of improving running costs can be expected.

4.Space saving

Since the size of the extruder can be reduced, the degree of freedom in the layout of the two-layer or three-layer extruders is created, and the joint part can be shortened, which leads to improved cleanability and resin burning.

5.Maintainability

Since the mechanical parts and electrical parts used are basically made in Japan, there is no problem in procuring parts in the event of a failure. In addition, the hardware and software are designed in-house, and PLCs and touch panels can be selected from domestic manufacturers with whom you are familiar to use, so after delivery, customers can easily work with the line.
