1. Abundant Extruder Sizes
We Mitsuba have the screw diameters from Φ14 mm to Φ150 mm extruders. We will provide the optimum size depending on the resin material and the throughput amount of extrusion.

2. High Withstand Voltage Design
Mitsuba MFG Co. originally has back ground of manufacturing rubber extruders. Because of this, it is highly evaluated by customers for its excellent durability since we generally use common parts of rubber extruders, gear boxes and thrust bearings,
which have higher viscosity and higher back pressure than resin materials.
- The pressure resistance of the Mitsuba Rubber Extruder is designed based on the regular use of 35MPa (MAX.50MPa)
