This laboratory is "the womb" of our all products. There, ideas
are made in
a physical form and then a series of tests are performed to develop products
which meet our customers needs, with a range of equipment and facilities.

Test Facility(for resin)
Screws for PVC, PE, fluoride resin and engineering plastic extrusions are
equipped.
You can try the multi-layer extrusion test with combination of the those
extrusions.

Test Facility(for rubber)
Various sizes for the synthetic rubber and silicon are equipped.
The test of the extrusion with the latest technology can be performed.

Viscosimeter of brabender
We have a characteristic data base of elastomer with extrusion experience
in the past.
The design of the extruder which is the most suitable for the user is held
by making use effectively.

Capillary rheometer
The rheometer output data are very efficient for the design of "Seat
Head", "Profile Head" and "Fixed Head for cable".
Mitsuba can supply any extruder matching to your needs, with data analysis
