Full-automatic Door Lock Heat-calking UnitPlate and U shaped parts are placed in the bucket, where the parts feeder lines them up into ready-for-assembly formation and feeds them to the line where they get stamped and assembled, and finally heat-caulked by means of resistance heating. 
Full-automatic Ring Manufacturing Unit After the coiled wire is set, it gets measured, formed into rings, but-welded, de-burred, and annealed automatically, after which it is stocked at the hanger. High precision rings used for bead wires, electric fan guard rings, etc. can be produced. 
Chain Production Line Various lines are available depending on the application, such as for tire chains and road chains, etc. Wire is continuously supplied from a hoop, and undergoes straightening, notching, link-forming and link-connecting processes, as well as warp/weft link welding to complete the chain.  Full Auto Mesh Manufacturing Machines Various meshes that reinforce structural concrete for a wide range of constructions from buildings to general housing are produced. Small lots and a wide variety of widths, thickness, length, and strength requirements can be accommodated with our online mesh production facilities. 
Semi-automatic Type Welding Machine This type of welding machine is used for producing road meshes and reinforcement meshes installed in U-shaped concrete grooves, etc. After an operator just sets the wrap wires to the proper position and starts the machine, the weft wires are automatically supplied to welding point and each wrap-weft wire is welded. The processes are controlled by means of CNC controller. Three models are available: full automatic, semi automatic and manual types.
