1. Thickness-Based Control Setting
Control the measured wall thickness on both the X-axis and Y-axis so that it reaches the target value, using one side as the reference.
Example: Control the X-axis measurement value 1.11 to become 1.18.
Control the Y-axis measurement value from 1.20 to 1.18.
2. Control method ensuring equal X and Y axes
Regardless of the wall thickness setting, control the wall thickness of the X-axis and Y-axis to be the same dimension.
Example: X-axis value XL:1.11 XR:1.21 Difference 0.10
Control target XL:1.16 (XR:1.16)
Y-axis measured value Down : 1.20 Up : 1.12 Difference 0.08
Control target value Lower: 1.16 (Upper: 1.16)
