Screen changer for rubber extruder

In extrusion molding, a mesh (wire mesh) is generally used for filtration to remove foreign matter and unmelted material contained in the material. However, over a long period of time, the mesh becomes clogged due to extrusion molding, leading to increased pressure, resulting in vent UP and reduced extrusion volume. Therefore, periodic mesh replacement is necessary.
By using a screen changer, the breaker plate moves with the head attached, allowing mesh replacement.
