Extruder
We are one of the few manufacturers in the world that manufactures extruders for resin and rubber.
In recent years, the materials used by customers are increasing in non-general-purpose materials due to the improvement of required product functions.
We provide optimal extruders that meet customer needs through screw design, pressure resistance, and flow path design that utilizes the know-how we have accumulated from many years of experience working on extruders for resins and rubbers.
We are also focusing on the development of next-generation extruders such as high-discharge resin extruders and supercritical foaming extruders that are capable of micro-foaming, which have become mainstream in the world.
System construction
We also design and produce ancillary equipment other than extruders, and we propose machines that meet customer needs from a large number of product groups as a line.
In addition, we also design hardware and software in-house, and by working together with machines from the design stage, we can flexibly respond to requests such as automation, safety, recipe management, and IoT. We propose various production equipment as a system.
All line equipment is designed, machined, and assembled in-house.
We also handle electrical design in-house, from circuit design of interlocks, etc., to program design of tension control/strip length control/recipes, etc.

In addition to design and assembly, we process major parts such as screws and heads in-house.
In order to respond to short delivery times, we regularly introduce state-of-the-art machine tools with high productivity and processing accuracy, and promote in-house production of important parts.
Delivery management
With the new production management system introduced in 2021, we constantly monitor the progress of each process and manage the entire flow from contract to delivery.
Introduction of global technology
For equipment that we do not have in-house, we have introduced equipment from European partner companies such as KraussMaffei, Corelco, and CJTEK, and provide world-class lines that combine our own equipment.
