All CJTEK crossheads are manufactured at our own factory in Switzerland, enabling short delivery times and reasonable pricing. In addition to standard models, we also offer customization to meet customer needs.
Even for resins other than common PE or PVC, by providing resin information (MFR value, specific gravity, etc.), CJTEK utilizes its vast accumulated data to design the optimal flow path through computer simulation, delivering products that meet your satisfaction.

- This is a custom-made crosshead manufactured entirely in-house, from design through machining and finishing.
- You can choose from fine-adjustable core type, adjustable core type, or non-adjustable core type.
- We accommodate various applications, including multi-layer heads using up to five extruders, flat cables, fluoropolymer applications, and models with hot oil jackets.
- We handle a wide range of products, from fine items with an outer diameter of 0.04mm to thick items with an outer diameter of 350mm.
- Quick color change function enables speedy color changes and reduces waste material.
